SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsorships are available for the following levels:
Platinum sponsor (1 available) $19,900
- WiFi sponsor – password will include company name
- Five complimentary registrations for the meeting
- One exhibitor 10’x10’ booth with one skirted 6’ table, and two chairs
- One targeted email sent to attendees announcing your sponsorship
Gold sponsor (4 available) $12,000
- Sponsor a meal (breakfast or lunch)
- Signage at the sponsored event
- Three complimentary registrations for the meeting
- One exhibitor 10’x10’ booth with one skirted 6’ table, and two chairs
- One targeted email sent to attendees announcing your sponsorship
Silver sponsor (8 available) $6,000 &
- Co-sponsor a meeting break
- Two complimentary registrations for the meeting
- One exhibitor 10’x10’ booth with one skirted 6’ table, and two chairs
EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES
Exhibitor (13 available) $3,900
- One complimentary registration for the meeting
- One exhibitor 10’x10’ booth with one skirted 6’ table, and two chairs
If you are interested in a Sponsorship or Exhibitor Opportunity please fill out the
Sponsor & Exhibitor Application (PDF), and the
Sponsor & Exhibitor Agreement (PDF), then return them to
mfowler@atslab.com.
You will also need to submit a completed
Exhibitor Form and the
credit card form if paying with credit card.
You will then be contacted to discuss acceptance, method of payment, sponsorship, booth selection & artwork.
To secure your sponsorship or exhibitor space, a completed Sponsor & Exhibitor Agreement must be returned within 2 weeks of application acceptance with ACH, credit card, or wire transfer payment (see the
ACH Wiring Instructions .
Availability of sponsorships and/or exhibitors will be address on a first-come first-serve basis.
