CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
CEESI has a long history of building and creating value for our customers and partners. We are committed to continuously improving our facilities, services, and products to meet the everchanging needs of our industry. As part of that commitment, we are taking great strides to ensure the CEESI Gas Ultrasonic Meter User’s Conference delivers the content and topics attendees need to advance their work. We welcome and encourage you to submit an abstract that will reveal the general topics of interest to be covered in the presentation.
All abstracts are due by
January 31, 2025 to be considered for the 2025 CEESI Gas Ultrasonic Meter User’s Conference.

Abstract/Presentation Topics
Please note that abstracts which are product line presentations or sales pitches will not be accepted. Feedback from previous events indicates that attendees would like to see presentations regarding:
- New technical development
- Application/deployment of new technology
- Case studies
- Application data
- Lessons learned
Abstract/Presentation Guidelines
- Submitted to Milissa Fowler at mfowler@ceesi.com
- 500 words or less and reveal the general topics of interest to be covered in the presentation
- No subject changes without prior approval from conference planning team
Important Dates
- Abstract deadline: January 31, 2025
- Distribution of notices of acceptance: March 25, 2025
- Draft of presentations due: April 27, 2025
- Final presentations due: May 29, 2025
