Train Wreck Test
The "train wreck" test is a specialized test performed by CEESI testing what would happen if a train car carrying liquids was suddenly stopped.
One of the reasons for the test was to discover potential problems with transporting dangerous materials through urban areas.

Water-Natural Gas Hydrates
Video of hydrate transport in piping section with gas velocity of about 2 ft/sec.
The only components in the pipeline are natural gas and pure water.
The gas temperature is about 10 degrees below hydration formation temperature.
