- Registration fee is waived for attendees of the 2008 Estes Park Training Course Series (which includes the Fundamentals of Natural Gas Measurement, Advanced Natural Gas Measurement, Natural Gas Measurement Uncertainty, and Wet Gas Measurement) as well as the Gas Measurement Auditing & Troubleshooting Training Course

This annual event
brings together a wealth of information as well as new ideas and new questions regarding flow
measurement using ultrasonic meters.

TENATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
DAY 1
8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Industry participants only, including our panelists, discuss issues of interest to the natural gas industry.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Lunch (provided) - participation by vendors is welcome during lunch.
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Industry only discussion with vendors looking on (but not participating).
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Manufacturers ask questions of industry and prepare for next days session.
DAY 2
8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Manufacturer's technical presentations and discussion.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Lunch (provided)
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Manufacturers' technical presentations and discussion.
6:30 PM
Barbeque Dinner (provided) spouses and guests are welcome to attend.
DAY 3
8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Industry and manufacturers attending; Panelists reconvene in final discussion of issues.

Shipping of Exhibitor Material and Demo Units: Set up is July 22, 2008; Teardown will be the afternoon of July 25th, 2008.
If you are participating as an exhibitor at the Ultrasonic Seminar, there are two ways to do this. If you plan to ship directly to the Holiday
Inn, please schedule your shipments to arrive no sooner than July 21, 2008, because space is limited. Your freight must be labeled as
CEESI Ultrasonci Seminar, also include your company's name on the packing slip. Estes Park contact is: Christine Foyer. If you plan to
ship your freight sooner, please ship it to CEESI, 54043 WCR 37, Nunn, CO 80648. When shipping to CEESI, please schedule your
freight to arrive no later than July 20th, 2008. CEESI will then transport it to the Holiday Inn. For return shipments, please provide return
shipping instructions. Freight will be returned collect from either the Holiday Inn or from CEESI.
Hotel & Travel Accommodations
The event will be held a the Holiday Inn, in Estes Park. Rooms are $144.00/night and reservations can be made at 970-586-2332 or at www.holidayinn.com (opens in new window). Deadline for reservations is June 14, 2008. For additional
