What You Will Learn
This class is designed to establish a comprehensive understanding of hydrocarbon
measurement.
The topics are divided into two groups, the first discusses meter technologies.
In addition to ultrasonic meters, topics include differential producing, turbine
and coriolis meters. For each meter the basic operation is described, additional
information includes topics important for meter design, operation, and maintenance.
The second group consists of topics that are important to all meter designs. Subjects
include installation effects, calibration, gas and liquid properties, pressure and
temperature, flow computers and measurement uncertainty.

Engineers involved in any type of physical measurement.
Course Format
This course is instructor led, but is available also as an
on-site training course. A printed
copy of course notes is included.
