Addition downloadable proceedings from the Western Gas Measurement Short Course (WGMSC), including when the organization was known as the Pacific Northwest Gas Measurement and Control Short Course, been added. Proceedings that were added
include 1960, 1963, 1965, 1967, 1969, 1971, 1973, 1975, 1977, 1979, 1981, 1985, 1987, 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, and 1999.

library are availabe for download.

February 11, 2011:
Thousands of document references from AGA, PRCI, GPA (Gas Processors Association), API, ASME, and ISO were added. These documents
can be purchased through Techstreet.
January 27, 2011:
Released the new, updated user interface for the library, addressing a variety of comments from different sources; the "advanced" search has been simplified and the verbiage for several major contributors was updated.
January 26, 2011:
Added references for American Gas Association 2009 and 2010 proceedings.
January 5, 2011:
Added references (abstracts only) for over 500 standards and technical notes from organizations including: International Organization for Standardization, American Petroleum Institute, American National Standard Institute, American Society Of Mechanical Engineers, Instrument Society of America, and the American Gas Association.

Added references (abstracts only) for Western Gas Measurement Short Course 1989, 2003, 2009, and 2001. Also added
references for North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop 2010. Also added downloadable papers for Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course for 2009, 2000, and 2002.
November 1, 2010:
1985 Gulf Coast Measurement Short Course (now called ASGMT) have been added and can be downloaded.
In addition, 2009 & 2010 American School of Gas Measurement Technology have been added (abstracts only).
Finally, abstracts for the 2010 Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course papers have been added.

CEESI is proud to add a collection of documents called the Wayne Fling Collection (www.ceesi.com/FlingLibrary) to the Flow Measurement Technical Library; this collection further preserves information about the history of the industry.

Funding from PRCI made possible the data entry of over 11,000 abstracts for papers donated by NIST (Boulder); the addition of these abstracts will make searching for references to these documents significantly easier.

The ISHM Historical Documents page was added in order to showcase historical documents contributed by ISHM which were published both by ISHM and other organizations.

Several years of proceedings for the Southwestern Gas Measurement Short Course (now called ISHM) the for 1968, 1964, 1956, 1955, 1945, 1944, 1941, 1940, 1938, 1936, 1929, and 1926 were added as part of a special new subcollection of documents called the "ISHM Historical Library"

October 20, 2009:
The newly rebranded "Flow Measurement Technical Library" goes online along side the existing the "CEESI Technical Library" in a beta version; the new library is not widely available to the public.
The new library includes the following changes:

Over thirty thousand new references have been added, including additional documents supplied by CEESI, documents from NIST, and additional documents identified by PRCI
-
Special access for PRCI members has been added (users from log in to PRIME first), which allows for additional documents to be downloaded
-
New, improved search engine has been installed with much greater flexibility for advanced searches
-
New visual design for the various pages within the Flow Measurement Technical Library
-
Additional disclaimers have been added

New News page (this page) which will detail updates and software changes

New page listing the major contributors, as well as their contribution to the library
April, 2009:
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Boulder, Colorado agrees to allow a large quantity of NIST documents to be added to the library.
August, 2008:
CEESI entered into an agreement with Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) to dramatically expand the number of references in the library.
October, 2007:
The "CEESI Technical Library" which was started in October 2007, expanded over time to include publications from a wide variety of organizations.
The intent of the library is to serve as a resource to the flow measurement community including technicians, researchers, product vendors, and engineers.
Many of the organizations allowed for the free download of their publications.
